Dr. Ketevan Tskhadadze is a distinguished Georgian law professor and administrative law expert with extensive academic, legal, and public-sector experience.
Ketevan Tskhadadze holds a Doctorate in Law and is a professor specializing in administrative law. She received his education in Georgia at the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and furthered his studies in law at the University of Bremen in Germany and the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.
Dr. Tskhadadze has completed practical training at the Federal Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Germany, as well as a scientific internship at Saarland University and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law. She has extensive work experience within state institutions and the higher education system.
From 2004 to 2005, she served as a lawyer for the Procedural Issues and Rules Committee of the Parliament of Georgia. From 2006 to 2016, Dr. Tskhadadze was the chief advisor of the Legal Assurance and Research Department at the Constitutional Court of Georgia. Since 2017, she has been an accreditation expert for the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. Between 2019 and 2020, she was a member of the Authorization Council of Higher Educational Institutions.
Since 2005, Dr. Tskhadadze has been actively engaged in academic activities at various universities in Georgia. She is the author of twenty scientific articles and research papers. Her research areas include administrative law, comparative administrative law and constitutional law.
